We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure that our software functions as intended. This role integrates manual exploratory testing with automation, safeguarding user experience and enhancing shipping confidence.

The Role

You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans for new features and releases, as well as building and maintaining automated test suites, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. You will conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases that automation may overlook, triage and report bugs with detailed reproduction steps, and collaborate with developers on root cause analysis. Additionally, you will work to improve QA processes and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for new features and releases.
• Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, E2E).
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases that automation may miss.
• Triage and report bugs with clear reproduction steps.
• Collaborate with developers on root cause analysis.
• Enhance QA processes and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA, including test automation.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD and version control systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• ISTQB certification is a plus but not mandatory.
