We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Clerk to enhance our team. In this role, you will assist with daily purchasing operations, ensuring that products, supplies, and equipment are ordered accurately and delivered on time, adhering to the property's quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Stores, and various operational departments to streamline purchasing processes.

About the Role

As a Purchasing Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing purchase orders while ensuring accurate and timely ordering.
• Coordinating with suppliers on availability, pricing, deliveries, and product specifications.
• Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Monitoring orders and following up on outstanding deliveries.
• Assisting with receiving and checking deliveries as needed.
• Maintaining supplier information and supporting the purchasing database.
• Collaborating with operational departments to understand purchasing needs.
• Supporting invoice matching and resolving discrepancies with suppliers and Finance.
• Assisting with inventory monitoring and identifying replenishment requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with purchasing procedures and company standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with purchasing or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach.
