ifeel – International Mental Health Platform is a leading global platform operating in over 90 countries, dedicated to employee well-being through evidence-based clinical approaches. We are seeking qualified psychologists and mental health professionals based in the Netherlands to join our international network and offer users high-quality, confidential psychological support.

The Role

As a therapist at ifeel, you will support patients through two complementary formats:

• Video Therapy: Conduct 40-minute online sessions based on your availability and preferred working languages.
• Text Therapy: Engage in asynchronous written communication for continuous and flexible support.

You will become part of a multicultural network of mental health professionals, benefiting from evidence-based clinical tools, an experienced Clinical Team, and a steady flow of patients in your area of expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology, preferably with a clinical focus.
• Experience in providing psychological counselling, psychotherapy, or mental health services.
• Must meet the legal requirements to provide psychological services in the Netherlands.
• Registration with the BIG register (if applicable) or membership in the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP) is preferred.
• Native or professional proficiency in Dutch (required).
• Ability to work independently in a digital environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cultural competence and experience with international or multicultural clients are advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience with telehealth or online therapy platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, or Integrative Therapy.
• Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus.
