Je houdt het beheer van jouw gebouwen gestructureerd en onder controle:
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, uitstraling en verhuurbaarheid van gebouwen in jouw regio.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie.
- Je coördineert onderhoud en werkt nauw samen met leveranciers en interne teams.
- Je bewaakt de voortgang en controleert de kwaliteit van werkzaamheden.
- Je voert inspecties uit en legt je bevindingen vast.
- Je signaleert verbeteringen en onderneemt direct actie.
