Als Projectsecretaris bij de Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam-Rijnmond (VRR) speel je een cruciale rol in het versterken van de crisisbeheersing in de regio. Je ondersteunt diverse projecten en zorgt ervoor dat deze soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met gemeenten, partners en andere veiligheidsregio’s om beleid en werkwijzen te verbeteren.
Jouw werk
Je biedt administratieve, organisatorische en financiële ondersteuning door projectdossiers te beheren, planningen te bewaken en overleggen te organiseren. Daarnaast houd je de voortgang van projecten in de gaten, signaleert knelpunten en onderhoudt contact met projectleden en stakeholders.
Je ondersteunt ook bij beleidsuitvoering en advisering, waarbij je helpt bij de implementatie van plannen en het begeleiden van besluitvormingsprocessen. Je analyseert beleidsdocumenten en vertaalt trends en risico’s naar concrete voorstellen.
