As a project trainer at DSV Contract Logistics, you play a key role in international projects, helping employees successfully adopt new ways of working and systems.

The Role:

As a project trainer, you are enthusiastic to contribute to international implementation and improvement projects within DSV. You deliver training sessions on site at our warehouses across Europe and support projects where our WMS is newly implemented or where sites transition to this system: you’re on it.

Responsibilities:

Deliver standard and project-based training sessions focused on the WMS and operational processes on site.
Adapt training materials to the process and context of each site.
Manage and facilitate training groups ranging from twenty to seventy participants.
Coordinate with local stakeholders, such as operations managers.
Guide employees through change and the adoption of new ways of working.

Your team stands out within DSV as an international Training & Change Management team within DSV Contract Logistics. Together, you work on projects across the globe, with collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement at the core.
