We are supporting the delivery of a significant utility-scale solar PV portfolio in Sicily and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects during the construction phase. Based full-time on-site, you will be responsible for project delivery, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the EPC contractor, client, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive progress from mobilization through to commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily delivery of utility-scale solar construction projects from the site.
• Manage project scope, program, budget, quality, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives throughout construction.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to the program and cost.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
• Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, change orders, and commercial matters as needed.
• Support testing, commissioning, energization, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering utility-scale construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Previous experience in solar PV is preferred; candidates from BESS, wind, transmission, infrastructure, industrial, or large EPC projects will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of EPC project delivery and construction management.
• Experience managing contractors, project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach with a strong on-site presence.
• Willingness to be based full-time on site in Sicily for the duration of the project.
