In the role of project manager for road construction, you will be responsible for the daily organization of your project on-site. You will lead the execution team while maintaining control over planning, phasing, budget, safety, and quality. You will work on multidisciplinary projects, often in urban environments where oversight and coordination are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Directing execution personnel and subcontractors on-site;
- Developing and adjusting the work, personnel, and equipment planning;
- Responsible for execution and traffic phasing;
- Coordinating activities such as earthworks, cables and pipelines, foundations, and asphalt;
- Monitoring progress, costs, safety, and quality;
- Documenting progress, quantities, and agreements;
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and subcontractors;
- Identifying bottlenecks and making necessary adjustments.
