In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van een uniforme werkwijze voor resource- en capaciteitsmanagement binnen het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf. Dit project heeft als doel dat alle directies dezelfde taal spreken en een vergelijkbare aanpak hanteren. Fortes Change Cloud zal dienen als ondersteunend systeem dat real-time inzicht biedt in capaciteit, scenario's mogelijk maakt en rapportages genereert voor het management. Je zorgt voor een gezonde balans tussen vraag en aanbod, scherpe prioritering van projecten, en voorspelbare uitvoering van de portefeuille op basis van realistische capaciteit. De implementatie moet de werkdruk van bestaande projectteams en andere betrokkenen niet verhogen. Verwacht wordt dat er nieuwe ondersteunende functies nodig zijn om de nieuwe of aangepaste processen te faciliteren.

Functieprofiel

Het eindproduct is een advies dat de totale R&CM behoefte van VB afzet tegen de mogelijkheden van FCC. Dit advies bevat:

  • Advies over welke VB proces(sen) en FCC functionaliteit als eerste geïmplementeerd moeten worden.
  • Impactanalyse.
  • Implementatieplan.

Het advies wordt opgesteld in samenwerking met key-users, zodat de volledige behoefte inzichtelijk is en rekening wordt gehouden met de beschikbare verandercapaciteit van alle betrokken medewerkers. Op basis van dit advies kan de stuurgroep besluiten over de verdere implementatie van FCC binnen VB.
