We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Surface team to lead complex upstream oil and gas projects from conception to completion. You will be accountable for timely delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction, ensuring all activities align with company values, QHSES standards, and contractual commitments.

The Role

As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project, including:

• Overall management of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Leading the safe and quality delivery of Engineering, Procurement, manufacturing, Commissioning, and Start-up activities, including developing an Execution Plan and project schedule.
• Managing project change orders and scope changes, ensuring all changes are approved.
• Identifying and assessing project risks, developing mitigation plans.
• Holding financial responsibility for managing and projecting Engineering, Procurement, and Start-Up activities.
• Delivering effective communication to all internal and external customers, providing regular updates on project progress and performance.
• Coordinating and leading project review meetings to keep the project on track.
• Playing a role in Business Development activities related to the customer, maintaining relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

Requirements

You are meant for this job if you have:

• A strong technical background with excellent understanding of upstream oil & gas projects and design-to-manufacture processes.
• Experience in a similar role.

Skills
