WoCom is seeking a Project Manager for New Construction at our Someren location, offering a full-time position of 36 hours per week. You will be responsible for initiating, defining, coordinating, assessing, and realizing new construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your role will involve leveraging the strengths of your colleagues and partners to achieve our portfolio goals and acquisition plans, ensuring the future value of woCom's housing portfolio. You will also optimize policies, processes, and practices where opportunities arise, fostering collaborative learning for the best collective outcomes.

WoCom has been providing social rental housing for over 100 years, managing more than 8,500 properties across various locations including Asten, Cranendonck, Heeze-Leende, Helmond, Laarbeek, and Someren. Responsibilities

• Initiate, define, coordinate, assess, and realize new construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partners to achieve portfolio and acquisition goals.
• Identify and explore both traditional and non-traditional opportunities from acquisition to realization.
• Optimize policies, processes, and methodologies as needed.

Requirements

• Energetic and creative personality with a focus on innovative ideas.
• Natural attention to tenant needs, with a commitment to resident and community participation.
• Ability to maintain a broad perspective and conceptual thinking.
• Experience with Turnkey and Design & Build projects, IFD construction forms, and chain collaboration.
• Awareness of developments in circularity and energy transition, with the ability to propose suitable initiatives.
• Relevant education in Construction Management with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
