The Role
Are you ready to launch your international career? The MOVE Leadership Program at METTLER TOLEDO is designed for ambitious graduates and young professionals aiming to become future leaders in an international organization. This unique three-year program begins in our Benelux organization within Service Projects & Business Development, providing a solid foundation in project management, stakeholder management, and business development.
Upon successful completion of your first assignment, you will relocate to one of our METTLER TOLEDO locations in Europe or North America for an extended period, gaining valuable international experience. After your international assignment, you will return to the Benelux organization, poised to continue your career in a role with increased responsibility and exciting future opportunities.
Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced colleagues, expand your international network, and develop the skills necessary to grow into a future leader within METTLER TOLEDO.
