In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for all integration activities following acquisitions within Boels. Your focus will be on aligning people, processes, and systems to achieve operational efficiency and strategic goals.

The Role

You will be instrumental in ensuring that newly acquired companies are seamlessly integrated into Boels. Additionally, you will assist the Manager M&A and Integration with due diligence activities, identifying opportunities and risks early in the M&A process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies that align with Boels’ operational and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across various departments including Finance, Legal, Fleet, HR, IT, and more.
• Manage integration timelines, action items, KPIs, and resources within Boels’ supporting teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.
• Identify synergies and eliminate inefficiencies across systems and business processes.
• Support due diligence by evaluating financial and operational risks and fit.
• Lead change management initiatives and assist stakeholders through organizational transitions.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or WO degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience or in similar roles.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of business process integration, change management, and cultural alignment.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of IT systems, data migration, and integration.
