Van Vonderen Interior Contractors is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager with an affinity for finishing and painting works. As a Project Manager, you will be the essential link for clients—such as contractors, housing associations, and government institutions—suppliers, and colleagues in the office, including preparation and project management. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of medium-sized projects according to the agreed completion terms.

The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the entire process from project definition to project delivery of large projects or projects that require explicit leadership due to their complexity or risks.

• Oversee the technical setup of the project, feasibility of the schedule, and budget reality, as well as the actual execution (technical quality, timeline) and economic results.
• Develop the project plan into work descriptions. Offers require approval from management.
• Act as a representative of subcontractors in construction meetings when necessary.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients to identify needs and possibilities, leading to project definitions. Advise clients on both new construction or major maintenance projects and multi-year technical maintenance scenarios.
• Responsible for internal and external staffing of each project within the work budget.
• Lead project teams enthusiastically, effectively utilizing people, resources, and work methods.

Requirements

• A proactive individual who easily establishes contact and possesses a customer-oriented, practical, and results-driven attitude.
• MBO+/HBO education level (HBO Construction).
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in the construction industry, at least as a lead executor or experienced preparer on large projects.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of project management.
• Residing in Southeast Brabant.
