As the Project Manager Energy for Municipal Real Estate, you are the specialist in energy management within our municipal properties. You ensure that our buildings perform optimally. You analyze energy consumption, identify deviations, and translate these into smart improvements, significantly contributing to the sustainability of our buildings and creating a comfortable and safe environment for users.

The Role

In your role, you are the connecting link between technology, management, and external partners. You maintain extensive contact with parties responsible for daily management and monitoring, advising colleagues, users, and decision-makers about installation performance.

You will be involved in:

• Analyzing and optimizing the functional setup of the energy monitoring system.
• Monitoring energy consumption of all municipal energy connections.
• Managing the software of building management systems.
• Evaluating notifications and deviations from building management systems (Priva and Saia) and taking action.
• Setting up GACS.
• Checking and adjusting settings, such as clock times and indoor temperatures.
• Improving the efficiency of installations and reducing energy consumption.
• Monitoring and supervising small mechanical works.
• Handling the administrative and financial processing of all energy connections.
• Coordinating with the Energy Transition and Circular Economy program.

You will receive a salary ranging from €3,568 to €5,096 based on a 36-hour workweek, depending on knowledge and experience. Additionally, you have:

• A completed vocational education, for example, in installation technology, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Several years of relevant work experience.
• An affinity for building management systems; experience with Priva and/or Saia is a plus.
• Knowledge of installation technology and energy management within real estate.
• A proactive and analytical work attitude.
