About the Company

LMTD collaborates with leading national and international partners on notable developments, such as the redevelopment of the former ABN AMRO complex into Zudo, a vibrant multifunctional area at the Zuidas.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all activities related to (complex) sub-projects from the design phase to the actual realization and delivery of the project. You will ensure that projects are completed within the established financial, legal, commercial, and qualitative objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Developer to manage, lead, and coordinate the design, construction preparation, and realization phases.
• Proactively monitor the approved budget through internal tracking of commitments and expenditures.
• Engage with stakeholders: liaise between architects, contractors, advisors, the municipality, Zuidasdok, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Request and evaluate quotes and prepare contracts or agreements.
• Prepare and coordinate tender procedures and negotiate with contractors.
• Prepare and implement changes requested by tenants or oversee the realization of complete fit-out packages.
• Assist in the sales process in collaboration with the Project Developer, if applicable.
• Responsible for the entire technical process within the realization phase from project start to aftercare.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Completed technical education at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
• Knowledge of construction technology, materialization, and contract formation.
• Strong communication skills and experience in engaging with various stakeholders.
• A convincing interlocutor for stakeholders with empathy.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• An entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and proactive work attitude.
