iO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee daily project management within the Content & Creative service line. You will work on diverse projects for clients across various sectors, including education, finance, healthcare, and food.

iO is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take charge of the daily management of projects within the Content & Creative service line. You will work on projects for clients in various sectors, including education, financial services, healthcare, and food. You will be part of a team of over 160 Content & Creative specialists across five campus locations. Each campus also hosts other disciplines, such as developers, marketing specialists, and strategists. iO is a full-service agency that combines creativity and content, with collaboration among these disciplines at its core. As a Project Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational execution of projects for our clients. Your primary location will be Campus Utrecht, but you will also frequently visit other campus locations.

As a Project Manager, you will ensure:

  • Monitoring and steering the planning, capacity, and progress of projects
  • Actively following up on deadlines, agreements, and deliverables
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the client and ensuring clear communication
  • Collaborating closely with advisors, content directors, designers, video producers, online marketers, strategists, etc. Since we work from client teams, your team may be cross-campus
  • Coordinating reports and timely informing clients about the status of ongoing projects
