Bij het Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen is er een vacature voor projectleider bouw. Je krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in een rol waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het leiden van utilitaire projecten, zoals ziekenhuizen, met een omvang van ca. €5-15 mln. Vanwege de functionele en technische leeftijd van het vastgoed is het UMCG toe aan een upgrade, die gefaseerd zal plaatsvinden in diverse, complexe bouwprogramma’s. De rol valt binnen het team UMCG bouwt 2035.
Functie-informatie
Als projectleider Bouw bij het UMCG krijg je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven aan de projectteams binnen UMCG Bouwt 2035
- Realiseren van projecten binnen de kaders en randvoorwaarden
- Projectorganisatie en kwaliteitsbeheersing, vermogen tot plannen en organiseren
- Informatie ophalen/verstrekken (gebruikers), rapporteren en prognose einde project, inclusief exploitatie aspecten
- Financiële projectbeheersing, risicomanagement en veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu
