The Role

As a Project Manager, you will implement project initiatives within the Airport Operations and Customer Strategy and Innovation division across global regions. You will lead a team in planning and executing station openings, closings, vendor transitions, and terminal moves.

Responsibilities

Implement project initiatives within Airport Operations and Customer Strategy and Innovation.
Lead and direct stakeholder teams in executing station openings and transitions.
Define methodologies for project standardization and cost capture to support corporate decisions.
Assemble and provide leadership to cross-divisional teams for successful implementation.
Develop systems for managing vendor performance and compliance.
Travel up to 75% of the time.
Provide strategic leadership during project management and execution.
Collaborate with training, station personnel, and planning organizations.
Work with Government Affairs to support market entrance requirements.
Direct continuous improvement efforts to enhance project models and reduce risks.

This position is offered on local terms and conditions, with no expatriate assignments or visa sponsorship available. United Airlines is committed to fair pay practices, with salary ranges varying by location. The salary for this role in Portugal is €2,632.86-€3,686.00, in the Netherlands €4,046.30-€5,669.52, in the UK £4,187.93-£5,607.33, in Belgium €4,477.01-€6,272.56, in Germany €4,940-€6,611.38, and in Switzerland CHF 7,766.25-CHF 10,870.00. Salary placement is based on experience and qualifications, and we do not consider salary history in our offers. Our global team enjoys a standardized incentive program and localized benefits packages.
