Project Leader Social Housing at Anton Constandse

As the Project Leader for Social Housing (MOBW), you will play a key role within the program for Social Shelter and Supported Living. You will primarily work for five MOBW organizations in the Haaglanden region: KesslerPerspektief, Limor, Leger des Heils, Fonteynenburg, and Anton Constandse. Collaborating with municipalities, housing corporations, care and welfare organizations, and other partners, you will drive the movement towards 'Housing First' and a sustainable care and support landscape in Haaglanden. You will translate common goals into concrete projects, pilots, and improvement initiatives, ensuring that plans are executed effectively. You will monitor progress, bring parties together, identify opportunities and challenges, and maintain oversight within a dynamic network of collaborators. Your efforts will directly contribute to societal impact and provide suitable housing for those in greatest need.

Responsibilities:

Prepare projects, pilots, and development processes within the MOBW program and coordinate their execution;
Develop project and action plans while monitoring timelines, quality, budget, and results;
Organize and facilitate project groups, working sessions, and meetings with internal and external partners;
Connect municipalities, housing corporations, care and welfare organizations, and other stakeholders, ensuring agreements are upheld;
Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges, translating them into concrete solutions;
Advise the program manager and partners on project-related, organizational, and implementation issues;
Conduct analyses and explorations, preparing project proposals and decision-making processes;
Support the implementation of new working methods and collaboration agreements, contributing to the sustainable anchoring of changes.

You will work closely with the program manager, executives, and various partners within the MOBW program. You will have significant autonomy to organize projects and create social impact.

Requirements:

A connecting project leader who easily navigates between different organizations and interests;
Organizationally sensitive, methodical, and capable of motivating people;
Strong analytical skills and political sensitivity to maintain oversight and drive results.
A completed relevant HBO or WO degree;
Several years of experience as a project leader or advisor within complex collaborations;
Knowledge of project management, process management, implementation, and change management;
Preferably knowledge of the social domain, social shelter, supported living, and/or mental health care;
Familiarity with governance decision-making processes and network collaboration;
Strong communication skills and persuasiveness;
An independent, results-oriented, and connecting work attitude.

Salary according to CAO GGZ functions scale 60 (max. €5901 for 36 hours), depending on experience;
8.33% holiday pay, 166 vacation hours, and 35 additional leave hours per year (lifecycle budget, based on 36 hours);

The Social Shelter and Supported Living (MOBW) Program aims to transition from a supply-oriented system to a recovery-oriented network in which residents can live as independently as possible and participate in society, supported by collaborating partners who take joint responsibility for appropriate support.

Five care organizations work closely with partners in the region within this program. The projects and initiatives are carried out by, with, and for these organizations. The program organization, of which the project leader is a part, has an independent directing and coordinating role.
