Als Projectleider Veredeling begeleid je projecten van begin tot eind en lever je een directe bijdrage aan het verbeteren van het veredelingsproces. Je haalt projectideeën op bij de collega's uit diverse veredelingsafdelingen, helpt deze scherp te formuleren en zorgt samen met BP&O voor een duidelijke prioritering. Vervolgens bewaak jij dat de resultaten niet alleen worden opgeleverd, maar ook écht hun plek vinden in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van de teams. Je stuurt gedurende het gehele traject een multidisciplinair projectteam aan en werkt aan uiteenlopende, gewasoverstijgende projecten. Denk aan standaardisatie- en verbetertrajecten, maar ook aan de implementatie van softwaretools en andere IT-gerelateerde oplossingen. In je werk schakel je veel met breeders, selecteurs, IT-specialisten en collega’s binnen BP&O.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Coördineren en uitvoeren van breeding-gerelateerde procesverbeteringsprojecten.
- Voorbereiden en leiden van project- en teammeetings.
- Creëren van draagvlak bij betrokken afdelingen en collega's.
- Ophalen, concretiseren en prioriteren van projectbehoeften.
- Implementeren van nieuwe methoden, tools en werkwijzen.
- Bijdragen aan de strategische ontwikkeling binnen veredeling.
