Als projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van de gebiedsontwikkeling van de Meijert in Mijdrecht. Je zorgt ervoor dat het proces soepel verloopt en behartigt zorgvuldig de gemeentelijke belangen. Je hebt oog voor omgevingscommunicatie met omwonenden en de naastgelegen sportvereniging. Je schakelt gemakkelijk met alle betrokken partijen in het gebied, houdt het overzicht en weet wat er speelt in je dossiers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het budgetbeheer van jouw project en rapporteert waar nodig aan bijvoorbeeld de wethouder of je teammanager. Je werkt nauw samen met een projectondersteuner, stedenbouwkundigen en civieltechnische collega's.
Eisen
- Aantoonbare afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau.
- Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 6 jaar als projectleider gebiedsontwikkeling bij een gemeente.
- Beschikbaar per 1 november 2026.
