We are currently seeking a: Project Lead All-Staff Pulse Survey (20-32 uur) Amsterdam/other MSF office

Are you passionate about improving the workplace at MSF? Do you enjoy working with data and translating staff experiences into actionable improvements? If so, this role is for you.

As Project Lead for the All-Staff Pulse Survey, you will oversee the design, implementation, monitoring, and scaling of the survey across all staff in HQ, Hub Offices, and Country Programs. This light organizational monitoring system aims to identify staff concerns, guide priorities, and support concrete organizational responses. You will ensure that staff insights lead to tangible actions, stronger accountability, and continuous learning.

You will coordinate the entire pulse survey cycle, from planning and communication to analysis, reporting, and evaluation. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will review findings, identify priorities, and monitor agreed actions.

Additionally, you will develop dashboards and monitoring reports to help teams and management translate findings into clear priorities and initiatives for improvement. Your contributions will foster a more responsive and sustainable organization.

In deze rol zul je:

Leiding geven aan de implementatie en opschaling van de All-Staff Pulse Survey.
Governance en accountability processen coördineren binnen HQ, Hubs en Country Programs.
Survey planning, communicatie, rapportage en follow-up beheren.
Dashboards en monitoringtools ontwikkelen en onderhouden.
Ondersteunen bij data-geïnformeerde prioritering en besluitvorming.
Samenwerking bevorderen tussen specialistische teams en operationele stakeholders.
Lessen leren en continue verbetering versterken.
Bijdragen aan lange termijn duurzaamheid, governance en resource planning.

Je brengt mee:

Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied, zoals Monitoring & Evaluatie, Projectmanagement, Organisatieontwikkeling, HR, Psychologie, Volksgezondheid of Sociale Wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in project- of programmabeheer.
Ervaring met het coördineren van cross-functionele initiatieven.
Ervaring met enquêtes, monitoringssystemen, data-analyse, rapportage of dashboards.
Een analytische en M&E-mentaliteit, met de vaardigheid om bevindingen om te zetten in prioriteiten en aanbevelingen.
Sterk begrip van governance, stakeholdercoördinatie en organisatie leren.
Interesse in het welzijn van medewerkers, psychologische veiligheid en het verbeteren van organisatiepraktijken.
Vloeiend in het Engels, Frans is zeer wenselijk.
Ervaring in een humanitaire, NGO of internationale operationele omgeving.

Wat wij bieden:

Een vast contract voor 1 jaar met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
Flexibele werkuren: bij voorkeur 80% (32 uur/week), met lagere parttime afspraken bespreekbaar.
Flexibele standplaats: Amsterdam of een andere MSF-kantoor (Europese hoofdsteden, Amman, Nairobi of Colombo), bij voorkeur in een tijdzone dicht bij CET/CEST. Regelmatig reizen naar Amsterdam en veldbezoeken zijn vereist. Locatie is afhankelijk van werkgeschiktheid en toepasselijke regelgeving.
Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 4.269 – € 5.877, afhankelijk van ervaring, als je vanuit het kantoor in Amsterdam werkt. In andere kantoren gelden lokale salarisschalen.
30 dagen jaarlijkse vakantie (fulltime) plus 8% vakantietoeslag.
