• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical affinity with marine equipment, mechanical systems, or industrial service activities.

• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Strong service mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality technical support.
