The Role

As a Project Engineer, you will be instrumental in the coordination, documentation, and technical execution of projects from start to finish. This role involves preparing comprehensive project documentation, monitoring schedules, and ensuring effective communication with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and deliver thorough project documentation.
• Monitor project timelines and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure that project administration is complete and current.
• Resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with assistance from design engineers when required.
• Procure project components and materials efficiently and on time.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct system testing in preparation for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Perform acceptance testing during the FAT and travel for Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and support the resolution of NCRs in collaboration with design engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field).
• Experience in a technical project environment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or system integration.
• Understanding of technical documentation, engineering drawings, and production processes.
• Familiarity with system testing and FAT/SAT procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers and suppliers.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short durations (FAT/SAT activities).
