The Role

As a Project Developer, you will be responsible for initiating and structuring projects from the initiation and design phase through to realization. You ensure that projects are sound in content, finance, and processes, actively managing the interrelation between these components.

Responsibilities

• Structuring and setting up projects in the initiation phase
• Drafting and calculating business cases
• Managing architects, advisors, and design teams
• Overseeing feasibility, costs, and optimizations
• Coordinating with municipalities and other stakeholders
• Preparing and guiding permit processes
• Developing projects towards an executable plan
• Staying involved during realization to safeguard principles

You will primarily work on projects in the initiative and planning phases, with Reales managing various large urban redevelopment projects in the pipeline.

Requirements

You have experience in real estate development and understand how to build and advance a project:

• HBO/WO degree in Construction, Real Estate, or a related field
• Approximately 4–10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the initiative and design phases
• Strong in structuring plans and business cases
• A sense of feasibility and executability
• Independent, analytical, and decisive

The role is suitable for both mid-level and senior profiles, with the level of responsibility growing with your experience.
