Als Projectcoördinator Nieuwbouw ben je de centrale schakel tussen projectleiders, engineers, uitvoerders, bouwers, projectontwikkelaars en overheden. Je bewaakt de voortgang en KPI's van nieuwbouwprojecten en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering goed wordt voorbereid. Je houdt verschillende informatiesystemen en databronnen actueel, voert regie op de tijdige levering, plaatsing en oplevering van aansluit- en verdeelkasten, en stemt met engineering af dat ontwerpen en tekeningen klaar zijn voor uitvoering. Na afronding zorg je voor revisies en een goede projectoverdracht.

Wat ga je doen

  • Plannen en coördineren van glasvezel- en coaxwerkzaamheden voor nieuwbouwprojecten.
  • Actueel houden van planningen, bewaken van KPI's en signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten.
  • Uitvoeren van graafmeldingen in WOW en Klic-meldingen, inclusief het afhandelen van EV (eis voorzorg).
  • Coördineren van de levering, plaatsing en oplevering van aansluit- en verdeelkasten met leveranciers en uitvoerders.
  • Ondersteunen van aanvragen en klantcontact en zorgen voor een correcte administratie, revisie en projectoverdracht.
