• Guiding projects on-site and assessing work tasks.
• Preparing projects and ensuring everything is ready for execution.
• Creating cost estimates and drawings.
• Compiling material lists and ordering necessary materials.
• Responsible for operational monitoring and progress of projects in consultation with the project leader.
• Maintaining accurate administration and proper archiving.

You will be part of the Realization department, which is part of the Utility division. The 'Projects' department realizes regional projects that are developed through a project organization, typically ranging from €100,000 to €4,000,000. These are new construction and/or renovation projects, where we almost always work with the latest techniques. Within this department, you will work on beautiful projects for a certain (longer) period.

You will always have a fixed project team to rely on, consisting of a project leader, one or more project coordinators, and various technicians. The projects and locations may vary, but one thing remains the same: the teams are close-knit, and we prioritize collaboration. We maintain a pleasant, positive atmosphere at work. Although we are a large company, it does not feel that way in practice. The lines are short, and we support each other.
