The Role

As a Project Controls Manager (PCM), you will lead and manage all project controls activities throughout the EPC project lifecycle. This includes planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and change management. You will support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, cost, and contractual performance, providing timely and accurate information for management decision-making. Occasional travel to project sites and client locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the Project Controls Management Plan and governance framework.
• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and change management activities.
• Align project execution strategy with controls systems and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and identify corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare cost reports and manage project trends and variations.
• Develop project progress measurement systems and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance of subcontractors and vendors with project controls requirements.
• Manage project change registers and assess implications of changes.
• Coordinate workforce planning and support project financial performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC projects in relevant sectors.
• At least 5 years as Project Controls Manager on major EPC projects.
• Proven experience on projects exceeding EUR 100 million.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Earned Value Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility to work in the EU and Netherlands is desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience in tank terminals, LNG, and marine infrastructure projects.
• Background in international EPC projects in Africa or the Middle East.
• Commissioning and start-up planning experience.
