As part of the Global Enterprise Operations organization, you will be instrumental in the global Workplace team, dedicated to creating a safe and inspiring environment for colleagues, visitors, and partners.

The Role

As the Program Manager for Workplace, you will oversee the cross-regional program portfolio and governance framework, ensuring alignment with global Workplace strategy. You will collaborate with regional and global Workplace directors, representing the Workplace in director-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global Workplace program portfolio, including playbooks, standards, and communication across tools and processes.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-regional programs, including global initiatives and standards deployment.
• Identify and scale local best practices for global consistency in partnership with regional leadership.
• Oversee the vendor governance framework, including supplier management and performance accountability across regions.
• Track and manage vendor performance, enabling regional teams to hold vendors accountable.
• Maintain a metrics framework to assess performance, identify gaps, and ensure visibility for leadership.
• Serve as a liaison for reporting and systems integration within the Workplace organization.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of program management experience in complex, multi-region portfolios.
• Background in workplace, real estate, or operations with a strong understanding of site dynamics.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain governance structures and performance tracking.
• Experience in vendor and supplier management, including governance and SLA frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with teams such as Data/Tech, EHS, and Finance.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information for senior leadership.
• Self-directed, able to create structure in ambiguous situations.
• Proficient in Excel and similar platforms, with a proactive approach to integrating AI for operational efficiency.
