De organisatie Brabant Verbindt Zorg is a network consisting of four regional collaborations that connect elderly care organizations within and between the North Brabant healthcare regions. Together with our financiers and chain partners, we aim to make elderly care future-proof through initiatives focused on self-reliance, social and technological innovation, and sustainable living concepts.

In the North Brabant regions, elderly care organizations have been working closely together for years, and the connections between regions are becoming increasingly stronger. Cross-regional collaboration provides better visibility on necessary developments and offers opportunities for organizations to work together on required transformations. The innovation program of the collaborations will take the next developmental step starting in 2027. With the Main Lines Agreement Elderly Care 2025-2028 and the new procurement framework, we will reassess the focal points in regional cooperation.

As both the current program manager in Southeast Brabant and the program manager in West and Central Brabant will be leaving in early 2027, we are looking for new program managers for these regions.

De rol Regional innovation primarily lies with the participating organizations and is facilitated by a coordinating program team consisting of a program manager, a program coordinator, and a communication advisor. This team operates independently from the individual organizations.

The team is not merely supportive of the process; it is the process. It ensures coherence between action lines, initiatives, organizations, and governance tables, maintains progress between meetings, and ensures continuity of knowledge and relationships necessary for organizations to stay on course together.

The program manager for Brabant Verbindt Zorg acts as the right hand of the executives involved in the collaboration, particularly the daily board. You will advise and support executives in establishing, organizing, leading, implementing, and evaluating the regional program and the collaboration. You are a key sparring partner for executives and the connecting factor between various project leaders and initiatives, fostering synergy among projects.

• Bestuurlijke regie & advies: Preparing, facilitating, and following up on governance meetings. Advising executives on process interventions and governance, both requested and unsolicited.
• Programmasturing & samenhang: Monitoring the progress of the regional transformation agenda and ensuring coherence between various action lines and projects.
• Begeleiding van projecten: Supporting and directing (external) project leaders, ensuring clear assignments and monitoring results.
• Netwerk & vertegenwoordiging: Acting as the central point of contact for the collaboration and representing the region at supra-regional and national tables.
• Communicatie & proces: Ensuring clear information flow and structure within the network.

Wat vragen we van jou? Regional collaboration requires balancing regional agreements and mutual differences, cooperation and competition, autonomy and compromise among organizations in the region. This demands firmness, political awareness, diplomacy, and respect for the identity of each organization. You know how to bring the collective interest to the forefront and maintain it while navigating potentially differing perspectives.

In terms of mindset, the program manager is entrepreneurial, easily connects with others, sees opportunities, and gains energy from taking on new challenges. At the same time, the role involves many elements that can primarily be managed from the background, hybrid, and from home.

Jouw ervaring & kwaliteiten

• Academic level of work and thinking with in-depth knowledge of healthcare (preferably elderly care).
• Proven experience as a program manager or network coordinator in complex, multi-party collaborations.
• Substantive knowledge of healthcare, preferably elderly care.
• Experience in managing conflicting interests and maintaining governance support.
• Good accessibility and affinity with the North Brabant region.
