The Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will directly oversee a team of associates and/or technicians responsible for meeting customer demands. You will set and delegate daily tasks to achieve operational objectives and lead, develop, train, coach, and assess team members. Additionally, you will schedule resources to meet deadlines and monitor production quality while coaching on performance. You will track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and work collaboratively with your team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

Identify and deploy the necessary technical skills, resources, and systems to deliver projects, including engaging external resources as needed.
Ensure operational staff are qualified and adequately trained.
Research customer-impacting issues to provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to escalate issue resolution and share production status.
Facilitate a fair and effective hiring process as required.
Execute customer-driven requirements.
Lead and develop a diverse team of full-time and subcontractor associates, focusing on motivation, mentoring, and coaching within WWT's Integrated Management Principles and Core Values.
Conduct leadership activities such as one-on-ones and employee reviews.
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
Engage your team during each shift to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and attendance.
Promote trust and high-performance teams through coaching, appreciation, and recognition.
Ensure best practices are shared across all shifts and within the department.
Drive training and integration of your team while inspiring forward progress.
Source and nurture ideas from peers and associates to create improvement plans.
Participate in recruitment activities for your teams.
