The Role

As the EMEA Shift Lead, you will oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and meet production targets. You will train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards while maintaining and troubleshooting production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and meet targets.
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 50 employees, with around 25 scheduled per shift.
• Ensure adequate staffing for all production positions and smooth operations.
• Bring new ideas and insights to improve operations and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Technical knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to optimize workflows and ensure efficient production processes.
• Attention to detail in material preparation and quality control.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in production operations, including scheduling, training, and machine maintenance.
