Als Productie Manager LPSD leid je Premix, Liquid Process en Spray Dry, waarbij je veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte productie aanstuurt terwijl je teams versterkt en de prestaties verbetert.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Productie Manager LPSD bij Mead Johnson Nutrition heb je directe invloed op een van de meest kritische productiegebieden binnen de fabriek in Nijmegen. Veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte operaties staan centraal, naast het creëren van een omgeving waar teams kunnen groeien, samenwerken en presteren. Met sterke leiderschap en operationele expertise worden productiedoelen vertaald naar duidelijke resultaten op de werkvloer.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Leidinggeven aan de Premix, Liquid Process & Spray Dry productieorganisatie met focus op mensen, veiligheid, kwaliteit, service en kosten.
Realiseren van productieplannen door effectief gebruik van mensen, apparatuur en middelen.
Stimuleren van continue verbetering in efficiëntie, kwaliteit en operationele prestaties.
Ontwikkelen, coachen en empoweren van productieleiders en teams.
Gebruik maken van data en prestatie-inzichten om verbeterkansen te identificeren.
Leiden van probleemoplossing en besluitvorming tijdens operationele uitdagingen, escalaties en productieonderbrekingen.
Samenwerken met Engineering, Onderhoud, Kwaliteit, Supply Chain en andere afdelingen voor site-brede doelstellingen, investeringen en transformatie-initiatieven.
Bijdragen aan de toekomstige richting van de locatie Nijmegen.
