You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all production lines and maintaining high-quality output. Responsibilities

• Improve product quality yields and manage inventory control.
• Oversee production and standard operating procedures.
• Supervise team members to adhere to corporate policies and production standards.
• Drive efficiency improvements within the production team.
• Implement continuous improvements in production operations, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Conduct new hire and ongoing training to minimize quality errors.
• Collaborate with other shifts to optimize outputs, efficiency, quality, and workflow.
• Perform other management tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the computer industry preferred.
• Understanding of server or computer system assembly.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and experience in testing and inspecting computer or electronic components.
• Proven experience leading a team in the Netherlands.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business demands.
