Responsibilities

• Improve product quality yields and manage inventory control.
• Oversee production and standard operating procedures.
• Manage and supervise team members to comply with corporate policies, including production engineering and technical teams.
• Drive efficiency improvements across all functions of the production team.
• Promote continuous improvement in production operations, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Conduct new hire and ongoing training to minimize quality errors.
• Manage personnel effectively.
• Collaborate with other shifts to achieve mutual goals in output, efficiency, quality, and workflow.
• Perform other management duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferred BS degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the computer industry.
• Understanding of server or computer system assembly.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and experience in testing and inspecting computer or electronic components.
• Experience leading teams in the Netherlands.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
