Your mission is to make a difference where products protect lives. PACPROTECT develops and manufactures ballistic products to safeguard those who serve. Quality and reliability are not optional; they are a requirement. We are looking for a Production Manager to elevate our production processes.

You have a solid understanding of the production chain, from order receipt to shipment. You recognize the financial implications of delays and make informed decisions. Delivering to specifications is non-negotiable for you.

You work in a structured, hands-on manner, translating Sales orders into actionable plans, keeping suppliers flexible, and leading by example. When necessary, you step in alongside your team to maintain workflow. No one here is too senior to work on the floor.

Specifically, you will:

• Own the full production cycle, from handover by Sales to customer delivery.
• Build and manage a production plan that balances capacity, cost, and lead time.
• Lead and develop the production team and oversee daily operations.
• Manage and expand our supplier network, negotiating price, lead time, and quality, while adapting to demand changes.
• Safeguard margins and efficiency, ensuring production decisions consider their commercial impact.
• Advise Sales and management on quotes, feasibility, and order prioritization.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with customer specifications and relevant standards.
• Continuously improve processes to reduce scrap, shorten lead times, and increase output.
• Minimize dependency on individuals and suppliers to ensure predictable delivery as we grow.
• Work on the production floor during peak periods or when team support is needed.
• Report on KPIs to management and act on insights derived from the data.
