Als Productiemedewerker bij International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het wegen en verzamelen van grondstoffen volgens duidelijke recepten. Je bereidt en mengt ingrediënten voor de productie, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en ondersteunt het productieproces. Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan hoog in het vaandel, en je werkt in een roterend 3-ploegenschema (07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00).
