In this role, you will report to the EMEA Local Creation Apparel Design Director and work closely with the Apparel Design team, including Product, Colour, and Footwear. The Production Artist will also collaborate with Product Management and Development teams, connecting with global Material, Colour, and Graphics partners to ensure alignment across categories and regions.

The Role

You will bring design concepts to life by creating accurate, production-ready assets that support the product creation process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating design intent into precise, production-ready deliverables.
• Creating and maintaining graphics, layouts, and product schematics.
• Partnering with design, development, and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Managing and organizing files, workflows, and documentation across projects.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
• Supporting cross-functional collaboration across apparel and footwear.
• Ensuring accuracy and consistency in a high-volume production environment.

Requirements

• Relevant educational background in graphic design or a related field, or comparable practical experience.
• Experience in design, creative operations, or product creation within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong digital design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac-based workflows.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D apparel tools (such as CLO) and emerging AI design tools (e.g. VIZCOM).
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
