Jouw rol als Productie Coördinator binnen het productieteam houdt in dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor de zaadproductie van onze tomatenrassen. Je werkt met diverse kleinschalige producties van zowel nieuwe rassen als ouderlijnen. Je combineert werkzaamheden in de kas met analyses, planning en afstemming op kantoor. Samen met collega's in Nederland en daarbuiten zorg je voor een optimale productie en kwaliteit van onze rassen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Begeleiden van Nederlandse zaadproducties
- Optimaliseren van nieuwe rassen
- Beoordelen van teeltkwaliteit
- Vastleggen van rasgegevens en ouderlijninformatie
- Plannen van uitgangsmateriaal en doorvoeren van verbeteringen

To achieve this goal, we continuously strive to enhance our expertise in basic plant biology, molecular analysis and data analysis.
