Product Regulation Coordinator

In the role of Product Regulation Coordinator, you will specialize in product regulation by understanding European and national product laws and regulations. You will prepare interpretations of these regulations for compliance and drive homologation activities for our products. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with product regulations in collaboration with various departments, including business, development, manufacturing, and corporate teams across Europe. You will track new product rollout schedules, coordinate homologation tests with the factory and development teams, and confirm regulatory interpretations with the technical service and head office.

• Ensure compliance of products, including communication units and environmentally hazardous substances, with evolving European and national laws.
• Lead compliance efforts by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Clarify regulatory requirements for products and establish compliance policies.
• Plan and maintain compliance activities while ensuring stakeholder cooperation.
• Communicate product regulation changes to the head office and internal stakeholders promptly.
• Utilize company tools to gather product specifications and substance content information.
