As a Product Manager for Team ADP, you own the strategic vision and core feature direction for our automated booking domain. Your mission is to elevate our product by focusing on the automated processing of invoices and financial data. You will also explore how AI, ML, and OCR can turn ‘data ingestion’ into a strategic advantage, following the Marty Cagan (SVPG) philosophy to ensure our solutions are valuable, usable, feasible, and viable.

• Co-develop a compelling product vision tailored to entrepreneurs’ financial needs and translate it into a clear, prioritized, data-driven roadmap.
• Lead continuous product discovery through user interviews, market analysis, prototype testing, and usage data analysis to validate problems and ensure maximum user value.
• Shift focus from 'shipping' to 'moving metrics' by being accountable for KPIs like North Star Metric growth and churn reduction.
• Craft high-quality epics and detailed user stories with explicit constraints and acceptance criteria, maintaining a well-prioritized backlog.
• Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating closely with customers, design, development, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Stay informed about competitors and emerging FinTech/AI trends to maintain Yuki's market leadership in e-invoicing and automation.

Vereisten

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager.
• Proven experience in managing a core product within a B2B or Enterprise SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of product discovery and the ability to distinguish between ‘Product Management’ and ‘Project Management.’
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Proven ability to use data to drive decisions and define success metrics.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Mixpanel, AzureDevOps, and Jira.
• Technical understanding to discuss architecture and trade-offs with developers; AI/ML experience is a major plus.
• Understanding of bookkeeping processes and e-invoicing is an added bonus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage.
