The Role: We are looking for product managers to take ownership of product areas within KIRA's AI Stockbroking App. This position is for builders who can empathize with users, define product direction, collaborate with engineering and design teams, launch quickly, and continuously improve post-release.

Responsibilities:

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
• Simplify complex financial products into user-friendly customer journeys.
• Utilize data, feedback, research, and production issues to enhance product decisions.
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations.
• Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator, or in a similar role.
• Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Proven capability to work with engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.
• Comfortable with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
• Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership with the ability to drive initiatives with minimal guidance.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a significant advantage.

• Starts from user problems rather than feature lists.
• Makes decisions with incomplete information.
• Knows how to ship quickly and learn post-launch.
• Collaborates effectively with engineering without relying solely on processes.

Location: This role is remote, but candidates must reside in the Netherlands, as we are hiring specifically for this market.

Language: English is our primary working language across global teams, and strong English communication skills are required.

Interview Process: Our process is designed to be efficient:

1. Online assessment or practical task.
2. Role-specific interview.
3. Final interview with the CEO. For strong candidates, we aim to complete the process and extend an offer within one week of starting the interview process. Candidates who complete assessments quickly will be prioritized.
