Reaktor's award-winning tech community is seeking a Product Management Lead to join our Retail business unit in Amsterdam or Helsinki. In this role, you will collaborate with some of the world’s most recognized brands to build the next generation of digital products and services. This position combines product leadership with delivery, requiring an experienced product professional who can guide product direction while ensuring teams achieve meaningful business and customer outcomes.

As a Product Management Lead, you will work at the intersection of product strategy and execution, helping organizations experiment with new technologies and rethink customer journeys. You will drive product strategy, delivery, and client partnerships while leading teams towards impactful outcomes.

• Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision, driving prioritization and aligning with business goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital products across complex organizational environments.
• Engage with client stakeholders to provide advisory support and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with Reaktor consultants to ensure cohesive delivery aligned with client vision.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and refine products for enhanced user satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and foster partnerships within client accounts.

Vereisten

• Proven experience leading product development in complex environments.
• Strong collaboration with design and engineering teams to validate ideas and understand customer needs.
• Expertise in Agile product development and modern delivery practices.
• Excellent communication skills for working with multinational stakeholders.
• Experience with digital products and services.
• Coaching and facilitation skills to energize teams and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to work effectively in-person and remotely.
• Fluency in English is required.
