In this role, you will spearhead the development of new products, ensuring they are ready for implementation in projects. You will lead a product development team and manage multiple projects based on their complexity and stage of development.

You will be responsible for leading the product development process, ensuring that new products are ready for project implementation. This includes defining the development plan in collaboration with GRS, technology, and I&G, as well as leading the assigned product development team according to the established plan.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain the project organization, including roles and accountabilities.
Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills and expertise to deliver the project successfully.
Manage communication and reporting among all internal project members.
Promote teamwork and collaboration within the project and with stakeholders.

Education

University degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience

10 years of experience in the offshore industry, including relevant experience as an EPM.
Strong technical knowledge of the company's products.
Experience in construction, operation, installation, and supply chain is a plus.
