De Rol
Productontwikkelaar 36 uur per week
Als Productontwikkelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten en concepten die aansluiten op de wensen van consumenten, klanten en de markt. Je vertaalt consumentengedrag, trends en marktontwikkelingen naar onderscheidende innovaties en werkt deze uit van eerste idee tot succesvolle marktintroductie. In ons moderne ID Center ontwikkel, test en optimaliseer je recepturen en producten, waarbij je experimenteert met ingrediënten, texturen en vormen.
Je maakt deel uit van een compact R&D-team, bestaande uit twee productontwikkelaars, een proefbakker en de R&D-manager. Samen verbeter je bestaande producten en ontwikkel je nieuwe producten en concepten. Vanuit R&D werk je daarbij nauw samen met collega’s van onder andere Sales, Marketing, Operations, QESH, het Procestechnologieteam en Inkoop. Jij levert een actieve bijdrage aan de toekomstbestendigheid van ons productportfolio.

Cakes and pastries for private labels We produce absolutely delicious cakes and pastries for tens of national and international private labels at three locations. We work intensively closely with pretty much all major retailers and “out-of-home” organizations from our head office in Nieuwkuijk and our offices in the UK and the USA. Our products are available in pretty much all supermarkets in the Netherlands and are exported to at least thirty countries. Market leader We are the national market leader in coconut pastry and speculaas biscuits and worldwide market leader in caramel waffles (syrup waffles).
