The Product Design team serves as the creative hub of our organization, aiming to create compelling product stories from concept to consumer while ensuring efficiency and brand integrity. As part of the Product department, you will collaborate closely with Product Management and Product Development. In this role, you will take charge of the Bodywear and Legwear collections for PUMA and Levi's during a temporary maternity leave position.

Your Mission

Transform product briefings into conceptual designs that reflect seasonal creative direction, align with stichd business objectives, and adhere to established brand guidelines.
Conduct comprehensive research and devise innovative design solutions that are market-ready, viable, and commercially relevant.
Consistently monitor market trends, compile visually engaging reports to highlight new ideas and opportunities, and share insights with the team.
Oversee complete collections from the concept phase to design, culminating in a colored offer and handover to the Development Team.
Provide detailed specifications for product line development in close collaboration with Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and the Sourcing department.
Assist Product Managers in effectively communicating concepts to the sales team, wholesale partners, and consumers.
Actively contribute to the creation of tech-packs for collection development, working closely with stakeholders including design colleagues, Product Developers, and Product Managers.
Ensure products are value-engineered to maximize the price-value ratio for stichd and associated brands.
Serve as a project coordinator to efficiently process customer requests.
Work within designated time frames and adhere to deadlines.
Demonstrate adaptability in responding to a diverse range of briefs.

Your Talent

Minimum Bachelor's (HBO) education in Design or relevant experience as a body and/or swimwear designer.
2-3 years of design experience, preferably in the sports-lifestyle industry or within an international organization with global brands.
Solid knowledge of textiles and garment construction.
Strong graphic design skills, including pattern creation and repeat design.
Creative problem-solving abilities to meet customer needs.
Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work well under time constraints.
Proactive self-starter, highly motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially Illustrator and InDesign.
Strong communication skills with a good command of English, both spoken and written.

This role is based in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Remote work from other countries is not permitted. To apply, you must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands, as we will not sponsor work or residence permits.
