In this role, you are at the heart of Guangbo’s European product development. You don’t just identify trends, you actively translate them into designs and product concepts! Working closely with the Sales Director, you will create and develop products that match European tastes and retail demands. You combine creativity with a hands-on approach and play an active role in shaping the look and feel of the assortment. You act as the link between creative ideas in Europe and production teams in China.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Spotting trends through store visits, online inspiration, and trade fairs
• Designing and developing paper products like notebooks, diaries, bags, and lifestyle items
• Working with colors, materials, and styles to create appealing products
• Creating and presenting concepts, mood boards, and product ideas
• Collaborating with production and design teams in China to bring designs to life
• Supporting in presenting collections to European retail clients
• Continuously improving and expanding the product assortment

We are looking for a creative and hands-on individual with a strong feeling for design and trends. You enjoy not only thinking about products but also shaping how they look and feel. Your background can vary, but you bring a clear interest in product design, styling, or concept development. Retail experience is a plus!

• A salary of €3,600 - €4,500 gross per month based on a full-time position.
