We build the products that propel TBAuctions and its brands forward, placing data at the core of our product development process. This role encompasses end-to-end product analytics. You will collaborate with a product squad, influencing feature design with data insights prior to development and validating their effectiveness post-launch. As our product analytics expert, you will share your knowledge to elevate the entire organization’s data proficiency, tackling ambiguous questions independently while engaging with stakeholders from engineers to the C-suite.

De Rol

You will be deeply involved in feature development from start to finish, bringing a data perspective to feature shaping and measuring their success.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Embed in feature work from inception to completion, ensuring data informs design and measuring effectiveness post-launch.
• Design and conduct experiments, establishing a repeatable testing methodology, including quasi-experimental designs when clean A/B tests are unfeasible.
• Own funnel and journey analysis, identifying and resolving conversion bottlenecks, maintaining event tracking, and instrumenting events.
• Build foundational data tracking structures, writing and managing your own analytics pipelines and data models on the lakehouse.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on success metrics, ROI, and reporting, combining measurement and methodology to drive business decisions.
• Evaluate internal tools to assess usage and effectiveness.
• Develop self-service tools and dashboards, enabling teams to independently derive insights.

Vereisten

• Strong domain knowledge in product analytics with a focus on best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, particularly in a Databricks and dbt environment.
• Solid understanding of experimentation and statistics, including alternative designs when A/B tests aren't possible.
• Experience with behavioral and event analytics (e.g., Segment or similar).
• Familiarity with BI tools that are actively used (e.g., Power BI, Databricks Genie / AI-BI).
• Strong communication skills that resonate with both developers and C-level executives, adapting to the audience while maintaining clarity.
• A proactive approach to autonomy and automation, managing your own work and automating repetitive tasks.
