The Role

As a Procurement Graduate, you will participate in our Traineeship Program designed to help you learn, grow, and outperform in a competitive environment. You will support various procurement teams in executing strategies and buying activities related to specific categories of spend. Your tasks will include:

• Conducting spend analysis and commodity risk management
• Managing supplier relationships and negotiations
• Supporting financial forecasting and budgeting processes
• Coordinating projects and rolling out digital tools
• Contributing to sustainability initiatives

You will work under the guidance of your manager and the procurement team, building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering projects aligned with our company ambitions.

What We Ask

• Availability for a minimum of 6 months starting in H2 2026
• A Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven global environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
